ABOUT
I am now proud to announce that I am an official
Lonely Planet Pathfinder, so as well as
photographing, I am writing too.
Much of my inspiration for my own work
originates from the work of street
photographers such as Saul Leiter and Elliott
Erwitt. Throughout my GCSE and A Level
photography course I have learnt the
appreciation for art. I have studied how to edit
photos and how to present them to have the best impact.
During this time I have lived by the words of Saul Leiter and in particular the quote 'Photography allows you to learn to look and see. You begin to see things you'd never paid attention to'. I truly believe, over this time of studying photography, I have begun to understand the logic behind this idea.
I have had the amazing opportunity to visit many different countries to inspire a different style of work. With a different theme and style, I have been able to create varying projects which are shown in the gallery. I am continuously improving and adding to these projects to advance my work.
I have the amazing opportunity of studying in America for my year abroad, as part of my degree course. I am excited to explore the cities there to add to my portfolio.
I hope you enjoy :)
